Ready-to-Wear Stationery
To
order our Ready-to-Wear stationery, please
select your favourite design in our ONLINE-BOUTIQUE and
email us your design choice and quantity you wish to order to
harperlittle@yahoo.co.uk. After
we receive your final order email, we will send you a PAYPAL invoice
where you can purchase and pay online.
If
you would prefer to see a sample before committing fully, you can
purchase just one card to ensure it meets your every expectation.
All
the additional orders will be typeset and a PDF proof sent to you via
email for your approval. We will start to print and make your order once
approval and payment received (either by Paypal or by cheque).
Orders
will take 4-6 weeks to complete, with some designs requiring longer lead
times. Since
most invitations are sent 3 months before the even, we suggest that you
contact us regarding your invitations at least 4 months before your
event. For rush orders, please contact us, this is available at an
additional charge.
Our
Haute Couture Stationery
Our
Haute Couture Stationery is
a full service custom stationery design focusing on luxury correspondence.
We will work with you to explore your vision and review every detail to
design an invitation, save the date, program, thank you card and other
stationery that reflects your individuality. We are passionate about
making your dream a reality.
We
have a minimum of a 12 weeks design and production process, with many
designs requiring longer lead times. Since
most invitations are sent 3 months before the even, we suggest that you
contact us regarding your invitations at least 6 months before your event.
Because
our invitation designs are highly customized, pricing is individual and
our minimum order size is £800.00. If you would like to begin working on
our Haute Couture service, a £120.00 non-refundable design fee would
apply.
How
We Work
Communications:-
Style
- Tell us about the design you have in mind, specific words that describe
your style, your vision for your wedding or event, dominant colours you
are considering, and any other details about you that we might find
helpful in designing your perfect invitation.
Wording
- Please e-mail us the wording for each piece of stationery you would like
to order, including the wording for the response cards. On the response
card, please remember to include a response date, and any menu choices
your guests will need to make in advance.

Quantity
– Tell us the quantity of the invitations you will order and the total
gusts you are expecting to attend your event.
Designing
and Sampling:-
After
we receive your design fee,
we
will design your stationery and two design choices will be presented to
you by email or by post with a formal price quote..
Changes
will be made to your chosen design based on the feedback you provide.
Final design sample will be sent to you.
Final
Approval and Proofreading:-
When
your designs are final, review them carefully, note any changes clearly,
and sign off before faxing the proofs back to us.
*Please PROOFREAD CAREFULLY. Harper-Little Paper Crafts is not responsible
for types or mistakes once you sign off with your approval to print, and will not incur the costs of reprinting orders, nor will we
refund your deposit or final payment. Your signature on a proof indicates
to us that you have approved all artwork, text, illustrations and colours,
and we may therefore proceed with printing.
Production
Schedule:-
After
you send back your approval for the final sample, a 50% deposit will be required
to initiate the production process. The balance will be due two weeks before
the delivery of all pieces outlined in your invoice.
We
will then provide you with your production schedule.
Producing:-
When
we receive your deposit and your returned proofs with your approval signature,
paper and other material will be ordered and computer files will be sent
to the printer to begin producing of your order. It generally takes 6 to 8
weeks. For rush orders, please contact us, this is available at an
additional charge.
Packaging
and delivery:-
Local orders will be
collected free of
charge.
For on-line and postal orders, standard goods are
sent at a cost of £6.00 per dispatch. If you require rush
shipping, please let us know, this is available at an additional charge. We will contact you
beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery day.
We pack invitations with great care and detail and we have never
encountered damages due to shipping or packing.
